We developed a model of the human orofacial system (jaw, tongue, larynx) and its neural control. The model has been used to investigate control aspects in speech production. These studies have been carried out in collaboration with D. Ostry (McGill University, Montréal and Haskins Laboratories, New Haven) and R. Laboissière (INPG, Grenoble, France). |
