The Neuroengineering and Neuro-Robotics Lab (NeuroLab) focuses on experimental studies on neural control of movement, in normal and pathologic conditions.
We also study how to use robots and natural interfaces to support the recovery of motor functions in in persons with neuromotor disorders (stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease).
Recent activity aimed at investigating the computational basis of motor skill learning, sensorimotor adaptation and neuromotor recovery in stroke survivors and persons with multiple sclerosis.
The group has active collaborations with leading research and clinical institutions in Italy and abroad.
